What are the steps for admission into our program?

If you’re unsure where to start with dependency treatment, we’re here to help.

Step 1: Tell us your story.

This is your chance to share your journey and what led you to reach out. Many of our coordinator have their own recovery experience, so they understand your struggles. Feel free to reach out at (940) 298-0440.

Step 2: Complete pre-screening.

In the pre-screening, your coordinator will assess your clinical requirements and address the practical aspects of your treatment. They’ll inquire about your mental well-being, physical considerations, and any existing medical conditions. Additionally, payment options, including insurance, will be discussed.

Step 3: Receive a personalized treatment recommendation.

Based on your unique circumstances and clinical needs, your coordinator will determine whether Care Star Recovery & Wellness is the right fit for you. You’ll review the recommendation together, and your coordinator will be there to answer any questions you may have.

Step 4: Plan your trip with guidance from us.

Once you’ve reviewed and confirmed your treatment plan, it’s time to begin the program. We’ll arrange your admission, offer a checklist for packing, provide travel details, and assist you in any way necessary to ensure a smooth transition into treatment.

Step 5: Arrive at selected facility and begin your recovery process.

Once you arrive at the facility, someone at the front desk of the facility will take you through a final medical screening and help you get settled so you can begin treatment.
